3× Microsoft Azure Certified Solutions Architect with 6+ years in FinTech, lending, and e-commerce. Shubham built Konverze AI after seeing small businesses in Nagpur lose leads every night because no one was available to answer customer queries.
He manages the full stack himself — frontend (Next.js), backend (FastAPI, MySQL, Redis), infrastructure (Azure VM, Cloudflare), and everything in between. Konverze AI is used by businesses across India and internationally.

How Konverze AI is built
Konverze AI runs on a production-grade stack: FastAPI backend, MySQL + Redis on Microsoft Azure VM (Central India), Next.js 14 frontend deployed on Azure, Cloudflare CDN, and a Qdrant vector database for semantic search across training content.
Payments are handled via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking). All data is stored within India on Azure infrastructure. The platform is GDPR, CCPA, and DPDPA compliant.
